Mental health advocacy and treatment was still such a joke back then. Dollars to donuts the sister's illness was misdiagnosed as schizophrenia and since mental illness was so stigmatized- especially in rural communities- asshole brother gets the idea that he can blame his dirt on his sister and no one will question it. He totally did it.

It's crazy to me how they were able to drag this poor women's mental health through the mud in this case but never once looked into Jeremy's mental state and actions. Like let's be real Jeremy based on his actions and personality he sounds like he has/ is suffering from sociopathy or is at least on the ASPD spectrum. It's crazy how they dug up all this stuff about to tarnish her name and try to place blame on her, but did not do the same thing with Jeremy. The craziest part about this whole case is that God forbid had Jeremy filed an appeal and wanted a retrial and had one granted, the whole case could have been thrown out due to the simple there is really no evidence stating that he is guilty in the eyes of the court system. If you were to look at the evidence most of it is tainted either from late response by the police, then the police just touching things and not preserving the scene, having third party individuals handing in evidence that has no 100% guarantee that said evidence was even used during the crime, and lastly a testimonial from someone related to Jeremy that entails his actions prior and after the crime ( a testimonial that is also hearsay and already corrupted because the b1tch of a witness giving the testimonial has a motive to speak against the accused). In general this whole case is a mess and I hope they never give him an appeal. I believe he is guilty as well as his pug b of an ex, Julie ( who can go suck c0cks in hell), who I believe helped in planning and hiding evidence untill she was thrown away, but seriously they dropped the ball on this one.

Now I’m not saying that Jeremy isn’t guilty, but I can understand why you wouldn’t just run straight into your family’s house where your sister is shooting people (I still believe it was Jeremy, but I’m just talking hypothetically).

the police told jeramy to go to the house before they arrived, what if he went in the house and only killed shela when he saw that she killed everyone else for him? they said her blood was still wet and that his fingerprints along with shelas was on there, what if they were working together and he planned to kill her once she had done most of the work for him, the kids could have accidentally been killed in the mist of it

I think Sheila and Jeremy were both in on it but then AFTER murdering their entire family, something went off between Sheila and Jeremy, so then Jeremy who was holding the GUN ended up killing SHEILA too and that's why her blood was fresher.

We have been watching your channel almost exclusively the last two weeks. We love it and are new subs. Ever heard about the Massie Case in Hawaii back in the early 1930s? It made national news. I think you would find the details of this case interesting replete with varying testimony by both sides and a twisted outcome. That case changed many aspects of life in Hawaii that still exist today Happy Holidays and Aloha from Hawaii

I think that Shiela did it but Jeremy used it as a chance to take over the inheritance. He knew she would kill them if she was pushed over the top so that is what he did. He manually abused her to the point where she broke and commuted a murder suicide, but under the influence of Jeremy. It would explain the silencer (Jeremy hid it in the cupboard so it wouldn’t be suspicious).

Leaving it a while before going in might sound strange to some but its quite a common thing, uk police aren't armed, and if there is a potential hostage situation then they will refrain from entering. Its not like they weren't doing their jobs properly its quite common to try and communicate with the attacker from outside it puts less people at risk

Why was the bedroom phone (usually on Nevills bedside table) found in the kitchen? And the usual kitchen phone hidden beneath a pile of magazines?. When Jeremy entered the farm I believe he lifted the kitchen phone off the receiver, that then disables every phone in the farm, meaning Nevill couldn't use his bedroom phone to call for help. It also explains why Nevill was found dead in the kitchen, he tried to reach the kitchen to call for help as he obviously couldn't use the bedroom phone as it was disabled. A woman in a psychotic rage wouldn't rearrange the phones.

IDK, I don't really enjoy the presenter saying that she doesn't know about this case because she's American and then stating the suspect fled America instead of the UK and stating that UK police should have been fully trained in DNA evidence in 1985...*sigh* Just does not do much to dispel the stereotype of the ignorant American. Good video but there was a lot missed out. There are HUGE inconsistencies in the police reports with the initial report saying that they saw movement in the house before they went in - the later report didn’t mention this. Also, Initially police reports said that shelias body was found in the kitchen next to her father but the later reports say that she was found upstairs in a bedroom with a bible next to her. It’s possible that she was alive when the police first entered and then when the house was empty again before the coroners collected the bodies she went upstairs and shot herself. There’s a couple more I can’t think of but the case isn’t as black and white as it appears.

Also quick one I just remembered, before Jeremys call to police his father called chelmsford police station from white house farm and left a message saying that sheila had gone berserk. The 'new evidence' this month that the Dad called Police saying 'my daughter has a gun' shortly before: it was probably Jeremy as they wouldn't know the Dad's voice. Sheila was tiny, how would she overpower & beat up her 6ft plus father before shooting him? He had been beaten heavily, not just shot.

Jeremy’s girlfriend selling the story to a newspaper makes her look like not a good person, making money off of dead people’s story. Also if it’s true that her boyfriend Jeremy was thinking to get rid of his family and she believes he did, her being quite about it and still staying with him after that also makes her look like a person with no standards or conscience, at least she should have left him broke up with him, not be with a person like that, so with all that being said, I am suspicious of her in a way. What if she carried out Jeremy’s hope of his family being dead and he inheriting the house and she ended up hiring someone to go kill the family. Jeremy’s family being dead makes him financially set and it fulfils her dream she had maybe of living there in the house with Jeremy and having their children running around.

All the way through i was thinking all those bullets didn't anyone hear anything when the shooter started shooting? Then silencer... Ok so that is how he got around the house shooting everyone and no one else knowing others were being shot.. The Silencer was found at Jeremys . Also if it was the sister having a psychotic break wouldn't bother with a silencer.. But the clincher for me is I don't think someone would kill themselves using three bulllets . Also wouldn't the dad ring police if his daughter was wildly shooting his whole family? Most dads wouldn't go in and ring someone they would fight his daughter trying to stop her. Not ring his son and say your sisters got the gun.Jeremy did it for sure,

To be fair, if he didn’t get along with his family their death wouldn’t be so tragic to him and he put on the show to not seem suspicious to everyone and it backfired. And Julie doesn’t seem like a reliable source to me, this lady was a mess too. Shila could have put the silencer on herself, wiped it and put it back. Realized that her excuse for all of this was weak and than killed herself. *Or Jeremy is just straight up evil and his mother was right with calling him the devils child.*

I think Jeremy did it but why would he kill his sister. You said that he killed because they were controlling but the sister was never around to be controlling. Was it that he killed his sister because she was a witness, maybe he only meant to kill his parents and the children and Sheila were just there at the wrong time. Last one I don’t think all of July’s facts were true maybe she was just mad

I’m not saying he did it, but he did it. He drove slowly to the scene, his gun was involved, the silencer was hidden in his possession, he sold all his families things, and tried to sell his deceased sisters pictures and he was caught putting on a show for the cameras. He also ran when he had no alibi. A guilty person doesn’t run. They cooperate with the police 💯 They lawyer up and stay to fight their case if he is being “falsely accused and they work with the police telling everything they know.” The police got the right guy

Its clearly Jeremy. Anyone who thinks it was actually Sheila clearly will fall for any lie. I doubt that Sheila's mental health issues outweighed Jeremy's ENTIRE lifetime of harassment. Who would have had more mental health issues really? A girl with schizophrenia and a bad relationship with her mom, or a boy who was bullied all his life, allegedly sexually abused, shamed by his parents for his cannabis use, and lack of any real friends that made valid human connections.

Jeremy definitely did it. How the hell did she shoot herself 3 times in the head and then get up and put the silencer in the cupboard? Even shooting her own self 3 times in the head is unreal. Pfft I call bullshit!!!! There was probably a shady police officer or a few that he was able to buy off with his bloody inheritance. If his sister did it, how the hell could he go move into that house where his whole family was murdered without a second thought? Gimme a break, the greedy fucker did it. Hell them poor women probably needed psychiatric help because of him, he sounded like a real asshole, especially to his mother. He killed his sister's children because they would've received her half of the inheritance and the prick wanted it all to himself grr. If Sheila would've still been married her husband would've gotten the inheritance, but they still should've given it to him seeing as it would've been his children's money. That would've really pissed Jeremy off and he probably would've set out to murder him, even though he still wouldn't have gotten it. That asshole is a real piece of work. RIP Bamber Family🖤
