ty I was scrolling to see if someone would mention the audience and you put it perfectly. sometimes the SNL audience is so lit & receptive to laugh; and sometimes there's just not much of a pulse. it can profoundly affect a sketch.

I love when McKenzie doesn’t just feel like a replacement for Aidy in a sketch. She’s so funny. And she looked beautiful. She reminded me of Kelly Clarkson from her Christmas album with the red dress and the blonde hair. I wonder if she does a Kelly impression.
