In case y'all are interested, another company creating these "ghost kitchens" is called Reef Technology. They aren't publicly traded yet but you're gonna want to invest when they are. I know the guy who is rolling out this service in the Denver area. They are doing a lot more than just creating virtual kitchens though. They're reinventing parking lots in urban areas to be "community centers", places to get pop up "curated" services like maybe doctors, dentists, and other in-demand services. In the near-ish future, you might even be getting your COVID vaccine from one of these pop-up centers. So yeah, if you have the cash, get on that bandwagon early my friends.
