The Action Lab is a channel dedicated to performing exciting experiments and answering questions you never thought to ask! I'll put things in my hydraulic press, vacuum chamber and perform countless other experiments just to watch cool phenomenon. I experiment on the world and objects around me. You'll be so amazed that you'll forget you are even learning anything! Please enjoy as I continually answer the "what would happen if..." questions you have. Feel free to comment with any scientific questions you have about anything. I have made my career as a PhD in Chemical Engineer and now I want to share how awesome science and experimentation can be! \n\nVisit my Facebook Page:\nfacebook.com/TheActionLabOfficial

I know our entire modern academia system assures us of gravity/ a gravitational force... But gravity seems like total BS. Could it not simply be that gravity is nothing more then a concoction of man in an effort to explain the cosmos... And really the entire balloon experiment is truly just the simple explanation, a balloon filled with helium floats up merely because it is filled with a gas that is lighter then air...? And in a vacuum chamber, you are simply removing the air, thus eliminating the buoyancy ie the balloons ability to float within in a medium (air)... similar to the notion that if you remove the water from a lake, a boat will no longer float on that lake when the medium of water has been removed... but in this case you’ve removed the air, so neither the balloon filled with air, nor the ballon with helium will float/ possess buoyancy because you’ve simply removed the medium of air. And let me ask you this, how is that rockets propelled into space can fly up till they reach a certain high enough altitude and suddenly they pop out into the zero gravity of space... how can space be a vacuum, if earth’s atmosphere is not sealed off from that vacuum.. you cannot have a vacuum with no lid on the vacuum chamber, so how can we have no physical barrier sealing off the vacuum of space from earth’s atmosphere... and how can we fly up to a certain point and just pop out into zeroG with seemingly no physical barrier between the realm of gravity & the realm of zero G space vacuum? Setting aside space... the one place we cannot self verify, and have to rely on TV, NASA, movies, etc. to see how things supposedly behave in space (which not saying is, but theoretically we could be shown fake-believe Hollywood movie magic as genuine space exploration endeavors & if everyone believes its genuine, would we think to question it...) Setting aside space, if you were never taught, told or even heard about the unseen magical force of gravity... could not everything you’ve personally seen & experience first hand here on earth be explained merely by a matter of weight, density, buoyancy, inertia & centrifugal forces?

Probably a lot of people explained how 'gömböc' is pronounced, but I'll explain it anyway 'cause why not. Some people said it's pronouced nothing like how it's spelled, but actually, it's pronounced exacty how it's spelled. Hunarian is phonetic, meaning that every letter has one sound and it's always pronouced like that. (It makes a lot of sense, I don't know why aren't all languages like this.) 'G' like in 'game' 'Ö' like 'i' in 'bird' 'M' like in 'music' 'B' liike in 'book' 'C' like 'ts' in 'students'

I'm not sure about the way you calculated the pascals, but it seems like you did just the cross section to weight ratio. But when you have a horizontal suspended wire, the straighter it is the more internal stress it experiences with the same weight (english is not my native language but "sling cable tension" seems to result in good search results to explain the physics)

If you got mirrored, your amino acids would all be mirrored too, meaning you would only be able to incorporate protein from mirrored food. You would probably starve from protein loss eventually unless you had somebody synthesise you D-Enantiomers of all essential amino acids

Take the Black and put a "hole" in the wall.. Then take the mixture and put a figure in the "hole" Will you see it when the lights are on? Just the different Designs that can come out of that, That won't be seen until the lights are off, or can it be done with different variants, and it can be illuminated with lazor lights. What about with a lazor light show??? Or the floating lights for parties?? What if you put that as a back drop with figures in the paint as maybe different colors?? or if charged with different light wave lengths??

We have a Vitamix blender. One of the first things I made in it was cream of brocoli soup. You put in cold mil, a piece of cheeses, I think onion and garlic and part of the raw broccoli. You turn it on high (It is noisy, you'll want to leave the kitchen or use earplugs) and in about 7 minutes as I recall, without looking at the recipe, you have cooked, hot soup. And it is not heat from the bearings. Any machinist knows if bearings heat up that much they are shot. Several other good brands of blender will do it as well. They've been using Vitamix blenders for that for decades. I'm a blacksmith. I've taken cold 1/4" rods and heated them to red hot from friction by hammering. I learned how to do this about 1980 and have done it often. Starting fires by friction goes far into prehistory. Whether in air, water, or solid, friction is energy that turns into heat.
